You represent and warrant that you are the owner of the property you seek to advertise, or that you have been duly authorized by the owner.

You agree to indemnify and hold Acrezmark.com, its employees, officers, consultants, and agents harmless against any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your advertisement.

You must at all times comply with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Acrezmark.com may refuse to advertise your property at its sole discretion without providing any reason.

Acrezmark.com may remove any advertised property at any time at its sole discretion.

You represent and warrant that the particulars of the property and any other information are true and accurate, and agree to indemnify Acrezmark.com in case of any breach.

You must not have been suspended from the use of our services.

You must have legal capacity and be of legal age to use our services and advertise property.

Unless permitted by a separate agreement and with owner consent, you may only use our services for your own property.

You may be required to pay fees or charges for some services as per our policies and promotions.

You will not change or remove any copyright notice published on Acrezmark.com.

You will not misrepresent any information or provide false/inaccurate information regarding any advertised property.

No information on Acrezmark.com constitutes an invitation or offer to invest in any property, nor should anything published be considered a recommendation.

You will not advertise any property using copyrighted information or information you do not have permission to use.

Acrezmark.com offers no guarantee of a positive response once a property is displayed. Payments made are solely for the purpose of displaying the property.

You will not remove a property advertisement for at least one week after publishing.

You will not interfere with other users’ enjoyment of the services.

You will not create links from any website to Acrezmark.com without express written permission.

Acrezmark.com may, at its sole discretion, suspend your services (including paid services) in case of any violation of these Terms, or in case of delayed or non-payment, for an indefinite period, without liability. Users shall indemnify Acrezmark.com against any claims resulting from violation of these Terms or non-payment.

Intellectual Property

All content at Acrezmark.com — including our services, logos, pictures, images, video/audio clips, codified information, text, graphics, icons, and data compilations, software, and applications — is the property of the Acrez Mark group or, in specified cases, its users and content generators/suppliers, and is protected by copyright laws.
